  CHANGE IN RELATION TO LOW GRADE
  HANDICAP HURDLES

  Trainers are requested to note that a
  recent change to HRI Directive 10 in
  relation to balloting of horses in
  handicap hurdles with a designated
  rating band of 95 or less has now come
  into effect. See page 395 of Racing
  Calendar 20th May and page 426 of
  Racing Calendar 27th May for full
  details.
  
   REMINDER TO TRAINERS

  responsibility to request a RCN
  (Racing Clearance Notification) at
  least 5 to 8 days in advance of a horse
  racing OUTSIDE OF IRELAND OR GREAT

  Trainers are reminded that all MINITEL
  SETS will be phased out of operation
  in the coming months. Necessary steps
  should be taken to ensure that trainers
  are equipped with computer and broadband
  access to use the new RAS system.
